    All vendors welcome regardless of what you offer. We do reserve the right to ask any vendor whose offerings promote violence, contra-community, or other innapropriate content to leave.  

  • Local New Melle Businesses pay no fee 

    If you are a local business located in New Melle it does not cost you anything to come and be a vendor.

Common Questions Vendors Ask

  • What kind of Vendors are allowed?

    A vendor is an individual or business, who wishes to offer items, a service, promote something, or education. Vendors include but are not limited to:

    – Farmer
    – Artisan
    – Reseller
    – Antiquer
    – Promoter or Advertiser
    – Local Business
    – School, Club, University, or Nonprofit
    -Youth (18 and under)

  • When do vendors have to setup by?

    Vendors are asked to arrive no later than 7:30AM if they plan to attend. While we will not turn away people who arrive later, consistent late arrival may result in a kind conversation asking you to be more prompt going forward. Check out our 1 page of vendor rules which includes arrival times and procedure, closing time and procedure, and other misc info.

  • Will vendors have the same space throughout the season?

    This market does not require vendors to commit to any set number of days to attend. Because of this, no guaranteed spacing can be granted; however, for those vendors who vocalize their intent to attend most markets, we will prioritize a common space for you.

  • Do vendors have to commit to going to the market 'x' amount of times?

    Not at all. This is a “come when you want” market. No vendor has to commit to attending a set amount of markets. We will ask each vendor at the beginning of each month via email to let us know what days they plan to attend, just for preparation purposes, but their answers do not lock them in our restrict them from any market day.

  • When do vendors pay for the space?

    Each vendor will be asked to pay for the space at the end the market they attend. A market manager will come to each vendor and ask for their payment. The market manager will accept cash, check, or Venmo.

  • Do you cancel for rain or stormy weather?

    Yes we do cancel for severe rain and storms, however in the event of light rain we will not cancel. We will notify all vendors by Friday(the day before the market)by 6:00pm in the event of a cancellation. Vendors will receive this information via text message.
